| Making A Purchase We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. Members Discounts Sponsored team members and coached athletes are eligible for the discounted lab test rates. votwo reserve the right to cancel and reimburse any payments made by non-members, in error or deliberately, that seek to take advantage of these discounts. votwo will contact any non-member that makes a payment at a discounted rate and offer them either a full refund or the opportunity to pay the difference before a booking is made. Elog Details Your account will be valid from the day it is activated by votwo upon receipt of your payment until it expires on the corresponding day of the month in 3, 6 or 12 months time (e.g. an account opened for 3 months on April 10th will close at midnight on July 10th). If you do not renew subscription before midnight on the expiry date the account will be de-activated. Please note that you will be able to re-activate your account at any time by purchasing a new subscription. The training data in the votwo elog is backed up every 24hrs. However, Votwo do not offer a guarantee that all training data will be stored indefinitely. |
