| Making A Purchase We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. Elog Details Your account will be valid from the day it is activated by votwo upon receipt of your payment until it expires on the corresponding day of the month in 3, 6 or 12 months time (e.g. an account opened for 3 months on April 10th will close at midnight on July 10th). If you do not renew subscription before midnight on the expiry date the account will be de-activated. Please note that you will be able to re-activate your account at any time by purchasing a new subscription. The training data in the votwo elog is backed up every 24hrs. However, Votwo do not offer a guarantee that all training data will be stored indefinitely. |
