| Returns Policy Votwo hopes that you will be completely satisfied with the goods delivered to you. Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any goods within 7 days of delivery. To cancel this contract, please first notify us by email at info@votwo.co.uk that you wish to return the goods. Then please return your goods to the address below within 7 working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. Any product bought through the Votwo shop also has a 14 day no quibble guarantee. Products must be returned to us and a replacement will be sent out immediately. Either that or the full cost will be reimbursed immediately. The product must be returned in saleable condition with no signs of use. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation or return of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
